I lately bought this bike after detailed exploring. I’m short & I liked the thought of buying a small frame bicycle that did not appear like a children’s bicycle. The seat is amazingly comfy and I liked the ease in which the bike pedaled. I’m now knowledgeable with the bicycle & gear mechanisms. I’m looking forward to riding longer distances as I shape up my strength again.
I looked around in the shops and I was ready to get one but then decided to check Amazon and this bike showed up. It’s a fantastic bike for an after-work ride or weekend exercise. It’s functional and excellent done, but its best feature is the smooth ride it provides. This bike is a lot of fun! Riding is smooth
I am very happy with it. With the comfort seat it rides so nice. It is an awesome ride.The bike has springy seat, 7 gears that change with a flick of the wrist in handlebars, 2 hand brakes. The bike is so phenomenal. We have tons of hills and even worse inclines in our nicely side walked neighborhood, but this bike does not even have to go to 1st. I can keep it in 2nd and still make the hills with no problem. Value is phenomenal!
I like it. It was very easy to get together. In fact the back wheel, gear mechanisms and chain were already on. I only had to put the handlebar, seat and front wheel on. Also had to hook up the front brake but that wasn’t a trouble at all. The seat is very comfy.
The Serene Citi is a very well-constructed bike.Great seat, smooth gearing and the handlebars allow you to ride upright with no lower back strain. I was able to go much further the first time out than I did with my old bicycle. Bike has a very comfortable ride. The quality is very good! I would highly recommend this bike.

The term ‘Aikido’ is created by the grouping of three characters in the Japanese language. ‘Ai’, which signifies ‘joining’; ‘ki’, which means ’spirit’ and ‘do’, which means ‘way’. These three words actually encapsulate the essence of Aikido as a sort of martial art: ‘the joining of the spirit to find the way’. It was only in the period from 1930’s to the 1940’s that the name Aikido was formally accepted as the name of this martial art variety.
Aikido uses ways that do not mortally injure or kill not like other kinds of martial art. The movements and skills being taught are just intended to divert attention or immobilize attackers. Because of this association, he was able to launch Aikido and even pass on his knowledge to students, who have, in turn, developed their own methods and movement in Aikido.
Aikido is a blend of the different styles of jujitsu as well as some of the techniques of sword and spear fighting, of which Ueshiba was an expert. To obtain an general picture, Aikido combines the joint locks and throws of jujitsu and the techniques of the body necessary when fighting with swords and spears.
Oriental in origin, it was brought to the West by Minoru Mochizuki when he visited France in 1951. He introduced the Aikido methods to students who were learning judo. Then in 1953, Kenji Tomiki toured throughout the United States while Koichi Tohei stayed in Hawaii for a full year where he set up a dojo.
