Business ownership today has many challenges. Marketing, being one of the most important things that a business owner can do. One of the easiest ways to build a business is with free samples.
Selling products online has many advantages over buying products in the store. Potential customers can look up detailed information about what ingredients are in a product, they can compare prices online even read customer feedback and testimonials. However, the one thing that they cannot do is find out what your product tastes like.
Now don’t assume that giving your products away will be a losing proposition. You can instantly connect with your customer by giving them samples and your customers might even like the product enough to buy it.
For exampley, my company sells nutritional suppliments. Most of our customers are long term customers, because of our all natural energy drinks and our weight loss shake mix that tastes like cake mix.
To create interest in your product, only offer a single serving size sample that customers are given when they make any purchase. As a sample it will only costs a few cents but it shows your customer that you appreciate their business. Also, offer a free sample if you run a brick and mortar store.
